I'm a huge Tim Tebow fan, but i think the argument can be made that since UF is a public school, he shouldn't be allowed to use his "platform" to preach his religious beliefs. I think all the eye-black writing should be banned. Let's just play football.
ReplyDeleteCouldn't disagree more with the notion that going to a public school curtails a citizen's right to free speech.
ReplyDeleteHowever, if the NCAA regulates eyeblack in its football games, I have no problem with that.
