Bill Parcells has four criteria for drafting a QB: Senior, college grad, 3 years as a starter, at least 23 wins. That fits Tim Tebow -- along with a couple other top QBs, including Colt McCoy.
Now, Parcells already made his play for a long-term QB -- Chad Henne (who fits all those criteria, btw) -- but it makes you wonder how many Parcells disciples follow a similar framework.
